CindyAnn
Owner + Trainer
CindyAnn has an extensive background in competitive events, including CKC Rally Obedience, CKC & UKC Confirmation, CKC Good Neighbour, and CKC Obedience. She is certified in three different Pet First Aid Courses, ensuring the safety and well-being of all furry companions.

"I am super passionate about developing strong bonds between owners and their pets, giving tools to pet owners to navigate the hurdles of training and creating a well rounded, confident dog. I am here to set pets up for success and give owners the tools to face challenges with confidence which leads to happy, healthy, confident pets."
Majesta is certified in dog obedience, as experience training service dogs, and certified in pet first aid.

"I have been a Register Veterinary Technician for 25 years and taught puppy classes for 14 years, during which I really saw the need for well trained and socialized dogs. I have a passion for seeing dogs thrive doing what were meant to do, and I love seeing the human animal bond. Every dog is like a person, not one the same. It's so awesome to see when they really 'click'!"

"Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up on a farm ensured I always had a couple dogs and horses to be working with and training.
I’ve been a Registered Vet Technician for the last 14 years and working in a veterinary clinic has helped me be able to get a lot of functional and hands on experience working with dogs that are often stressed and painful.
I have dedicated a lot of my continuing education hours to behaviour certifications (fear free, separation anxiety, fear aggression) as well as nutrition. I enjoy helping owners learn how to more effectively communicate with their dogs and have the best partnership they can have."

"Dogs have always been a part of my life. I titled my first dog in CKC obedience 29 years ago! My background in a variety of dog sports, conformation, rally, obedience, barn hunt, scent detection, canine good neighbour, tricks, agility, and tracking.
I am a Canine Good Neighbor Evaluator and CKC licensed Scent Detection Judge. I am also a breeder/owner/handler of English Springer Spaniels. In 2022, I led my girl Scrabble to Best of Breed wins at the National and Regional Specialties as well as her first All Breed Best In Show!
I was also a Registered Veterinary Technician for 14 years with a background in nutrition, fitness, and behaviour."

"I grew up with Siberian sled dog teams. I don't even know what it's like to not have a dog! The love and bond I share with canines is truly special and powerful and has driven me to obtain and gain the knowledge and understanding of animal behaviour.
In addition to having 20 years of hands-on experience, I have taken an abundance of courses in canine behaviour.
I believe that dogs aren't the problem; It's the lack of knowledge that is the problem in the dog world. Education can lead to positive outcomes.
I know that we as trainers can make difference. It's not just about training and having fun, it's also about gaining new knowledge to create healthy boundaries with our fur friends."

"My favourite thing about working at Fido's is playing with the dogs and seeing their growth! I'm an extroverted introvert who loves learning and sharing knowledge. After teaching humans for over 20 years, I thought it would be fun to teach canines as well!"
Averyl has also taken Dog Handler Academy 101, 201, 301 and 401. Averyl has also achieved her advanced level in Agility.
